Why Mental Health?
The words 'mental health' can be off putting to many people. Automatically, we imagine crazy people (whatever that means) and we do not want to be associated with that. In reality, we all have mental health and it is an area to be understood so that we can handle whatever life throws our way. At times we are fully prepared to manage the emotions and thoughts we face... but at other times we are overwhelmed completely. I want this blog to be a source of relatable information and supportive tips because usually, all you need is a bit of help. Stay tuned while I deconstruct multiple mental health topics and give down to earth advice for managing life's stresses.
